Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement exclusively for the CFMoto 450SR and 450NK platforms, this full exhaust system guarantees factory-level fitment with pre-drilled mounting points that align perfectly with the original chassis locations. Our engineering team conducted extensive 3D scanning of stock 450SR/NK frames to ensure seamless integration with the swingarm, engine casings, and bodywork, eliminating the need for cutting, welding, or custom fabrication during installation.
Premium Stainless Steel Construction with Matte Finish
The entire exhaust framework—including headers, mid-pipe, and muffler shell—is constructed from high-grade 304 stainless steel with a robust 1.2mm wall thickness, offering superior resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and thermal fatigue. The distinctive brushed matte finish undergoes a specialized surface treatment process that creates a non-reflective, industrial-style texture while enhancing scratch resistance and heat tolerance up to 600°C (1112°F). All seams feature precision TIG welding for airtight seals and structural integrity under extreme riding conditions.
