The entire system—from header pipes to muffler body—is crafted from 304-grade stainless steel, featuring a seamless TIG-welded construction that ensures maximum strength, corrosion resistance, and leak-free operation even under extreme temperature cycles.
The muffler’s outer shell boasts a high-temperature resistant ceramic coating in a sleek matte black finish, capable of withstanding continuous operating temperatures up to 650°C without discoloration or peeling. Topping off the design is the K11 matte carbon fiber tip—hand-laid from 3K twill carbon fiber with a clear UV-resistant coating, adding a premium visual accent while reducing overall weight by 200g compared to aluminum tips.
